I see some weird people betting all the 37 nos on roulette tables with different bet amount, amazing thing is that whatever no. strike, they will shout yeah ! even the struck amount is a small bet, really weird ! I feel either they are dumb or "washing" it ....

This is called, washing dead chips bought from junket operators.

These chips need to be washed or rolled a few times before they

can be exchanged back in cash. Just FYI, junket operators buy dead

chips from casinos in big amount to earn rolling commission.

This is how junket operations work. They can advance chip or

as a loan to high roller. Chinese players lost factories in

this way.

I understand how Junket work, but those people were playing cash chips not rolling chips, in my opinion, it's their habit but sad to say , it's an unworkable strategy.

Actually is like that.

Example u bet all number 10= $370 . when come to their favourite number example 10-20 their add another 10 bet. $110
Total they place 480.

If hit their favourite number they hit the payout will be 720.. so after minus still profit $240
If no hit their favourite number they still got payouts 360 . At the end they lose less about 120. Rather u bet half number no strikes totally. Is call insurance for this kinds of tactical.

I think it's too risky, because the losses can significantly exceed the profits and what then. In this case, the bets are more like a lucky game than a sport or business. Although some of my acquaintances are making several bets in parallel, I'm not risking it yet, but they are still able to take a good deal of money, but they have a lot of experience, so they feel confident and can afford this format.
