Only the final top 50 would be awarded the top 50 medal. Positions outside of that would not be moving up to replace the assumed 'clones' accounts.

Like that doesn't really make much sense eh?
You don't reward the clones, but the fact is he caused other people to be unable to get in top 50 with the same set of bets.
For #51,52 end up win nothing cause of the duplicate accounts above.
But if this is webmaster instructions, then consider my case closed.

Fate, the judges' decision are always final.
That's the 'immunity clause' of the host in the event of any disputes.

Just imagine how many members would have missed out on Top 50 medals had wembly participated with 10 accounts

My sincere advice to you is to let go of the past. 
You obviously like this forum enough to return with a new nick. 

However, if you're only back with a vengeance, you'll never win because no one will give a damn about your grievances in cyberspace nor will you be able to get back at him.

Take it from an ex-admin here.

For me, I believe that what goes around ultimately will come around.
For people with ill-intentions, they will ultimately face the consequences of their misdemeanors, be it here or elsewhere, oftentimes even without our own interventions.
